We have a current opportunity for a Talent Specialist on a permanent basis.

The position will be based in London and supports hybrid working too.


The role will play a key part in driving and supporting the development and growth of the businesses professionals.

Aligning individual and team development to business strategy and high performance, the role will work closely with stakeholders and the HR team to design, develop and implement solutions.

As the business grows the talent strategy will evolve and the role holder will be focused on creating innovative and future proof tools and frameworks that effectively equip the business.

Diversity and inclusion will be a core focus for this role and should be embedded into talent solutions to support the overall cultural journey of the business. The role holder will also be key in driving wider diversity and inclusion initiatives and will sit on the Inclusion Council.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for the design, delivery, evolution and execution of talent management services across the organisation, and this therefore requires an individual who wishes to take full ownership of the talent process with the support of an experienced HR team who will guide, mentor and support you in achieving the overall business objectives.

The successful individual will have:

Solid experience within the fields of Learning, Leadership & Talent Development
Experience working within a talent role within Financial Services or Professional Services
Competent facilitator and presenter with ability to adapt style to different audiences
Understanding of the world of digital learning & future of learning
Experience in rolling out various talent solutions and programmes
Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
Proficient in Microsoft Packages including PowerPoint/Excel etc.
Basic understanding of Psychometric testing
