Our client is a growing adtech company with just under 325 employees globally. They plan to grow to 500 employees by the end of 2022. Technology is a critical component of their growth and hiring plans in this area will be robust on a continual basis. Our client is looking to hire a Tech Recruiter as the fourth member of their Talent Acquisition team. This role can sit remote, with the opportunity to work at the company's Downtown Manhattan office as needed. The Tech Recruiter will report to a Recruiting Manager who joined the company several months ago to build out and mature their recruitment processes and infrastructure.
In this role, you'll support about 15-20 ongoing national searches at any given time. The client has an office on the East Coast and the West Coast as of now. The emphasis will be on recruiting data scientists and software developers. Our client is seeking someone with 3+ years of experience in full life cycle tech recruiting. They are looking for someone with strong direct sourcing skills so as to minimize reliance on external search partners. Experience with Greenhouse would be a plus, but is not required.
