Our client, an exciting and well established small global fintech with a forward thinking culture and stable financial backing is seeking a skilled full cycle Technology Recruiter to focus primarily on recruiting software engineers within their thriving environment. Consistently ranked as a great place to work, the firm has a truly exceptional culture and has been expanding its footprint in recent years and expects to continue that trajectory at a measured pace. The ideal recruiter will have 4 or more years solid experience out of agency and corporate placing skilled tech people. The hiring projection for 2023 would be to deliver 15 additional roles within the year. The ideal hire will enjoy sourcing, relationship building, and high amounts of access in their stakeholder management. Under the leadership of fantastic CHRO with recruiting roots, this individual will enjoy great autonomy, the chance to be creative, and truly build a long term home that offers the chance to branch out to other HR areas if desired. Proximity to NYC or DC will be ideal as occasional travel will be required to these offices, but the role can sit fully remote.
