Our client is looking to add a Compensation Manager to their Total Rewards team. This team focuses on creating a competitive advantage through a global strategy that engages and rewards their team members and fosters their commitment. With your leadership on the development of compensation porgrams, they want to be sure that they offer competitive levels of pay that motivates and rewards their more than 25,000 team members in the US for their value-added contributions to the company. On a daily basis, you will work directly with the Global Compensation team as well as HR Leaders in their various operations in the country with the support of 1 direct report, a Senior Compensation Analyst. While reporting to the Global Compensation & Mobility Director, your primary focus will be on job evaluations, job descriptions, base salary compensation and alignment of incentive compensation. Candidates must have 10 years of applicable experience, management experience as well as preferably come from a large, matrix, multi-national manufacturing company.
